Hello! Incite Magazine is the newest, non-profit, student-run magazine on the UC Irvine Campus. The purpose of this magazine is to create awareness beyond our common cultural community in an effort to unify people and transcend barriers to incite change. It will include issues on the environment, social activism, political opinion, and culture locally, nationally, and globally. The issues are aimed mainly at students in order to inspire and incite change in any way they can. Started by three UCI students, Anna Nguyen, Joanna Clay, and Kristin Ladd, this magazine will be a credible resource for students and any people interested in activism.
We are collaborating with several businesses, like yours, to help raise funds for our printing, distribution, and publicity. We are respectfully requesting financial assistance from your business since our campus will only provide monetary funds for a small percentage of our budget and since we do not have sufficient funds on our own. We are also non-profit as the magazine will be distributed for free to students.
In appreciation for your donation, we will advertise for your business or company in our magazine’s first issue, due out the week of September 24, 2007. Thousands of UCI students as well as their friends and families will see your advertisement alongside articles promoting activism, non-profits, and the spread of knowledge in an educational environment.
If you would like to purchase advertisement space or coupon space for your business, the prices are as follows: Business Card size - $40, ¼ page - $65, ½ page - $100, full page - $175. Each page is standard 8 ½ x 11inches.
Starting this magazine and publishing its first issue would not be possible without the support of businesses like yours. Please consider our offer as an opportunity for your business to reach students, activists, and your community.
